My journey started close to three years ago.

I was promised to finish my treatment in a year.

Half year later, I noticed a gap that wasn't there before.

My orthodontist sent in new scanned impression to Invisalign and I received new sets.

A year later, that new gap still hasn't closed yet so again, my ortho took new scans and I received new aligners.

Guess what? I, again, got new sets of aligners. When I finally was done with the final stage, I decided to go with Invisalign's Vivera retainers because they came in 4 sets and are 30% stronger than Essix.

Only a few days after wearing Vivera, I noticed three new gaps!!! I cried looking myself in the mirror. How is this possible? I thought the scan is accurate?

I should have committed to traditional braces. What a waste of time and money. My teeth are still not perfect.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $6000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Timely delivery.

I didn't like: End results, Gaps.
